WADSWORTH, OH – September 14, 2012 – Telephone answering banks around the country crackled to life and computer system activity lights glimmered as responses began rolling in following the television premiere of The World to Come™ with David C. Pack.
Wednesday, September 12, marked a new milestone for The Restored Church of God as the television broadcast “What Is the True Gospel?” was made available to countless millions around the world. In just the United States, the program aired in front of a potential audience of 90 million people on two separate satellite networks, with another 59 million people having access via cable and over-the-air television. Across the world, untold millions were able to view it via an Internet simulcast, which coincided with the 7:00 a.m. Eastern time launch.
As part of the premiere, an updated website was unveiled at rcg.org/worldtocome/tv. Each week on this site, viewers will be able to watch past episodes, order literature, find channel listings for their areas, and subscribe to receive email updates about the show. For those outside the U.S. or those who do not have television access, the Internet simulcast version of the program will be available Wednesday mornings beginning at 7:00 a.m. Eastern time. After being broadcast on television, the program will also be featured on The World to Come with David C. Pack website each weekend at rcg.org/worldtocome.
With its Headquarters in Wadsworth, Ohio, The Restored Church of God announces the unknown, but ultimate message of hope to all nations. The Church, which has congregations in over 70 countries spanning six continents, freely distributes many millions of books, booklets and articles across the globe annually—many of which are available in 12 languages—and has the world’s most extensive biblically based website, rcg.org.
